Stairway to Heaven
Ameri Shaye is a 16-year-old Award-winning singer-songwriter from Texas. She has been
performing professionally since the age of 6 years old. Ameri Shaye signed with Dr. John's Surgery
Records in 2020 and released her debut EP shortly after. Ameri Shaye is an 8-time JMA Nominee
over 3 consecutive years and an 11-time Red Carpet Award Show in Holland Nominee over a 2
year time in which she has taken home an award for Best Christian Original with her song 'Me and
God'. even at a young age, she has always had a love for Classic Rock and a great
fondness for many of the greatest of all time rock bands. This genre has greatly influenced her as
an artist and she had her heart set on releasing a cover of one of the greats. Stairway to Heaven is
the song she chose and while covering the song exactly was never her intention. She delivers a
powerful and haunting tribute to this classic that will leave you both reminiscent of the original but
wholly a work of new art by the talented 16-year-old Ameri Shaye.

Rescue Me is a brilliant new track from 16-year-old Ameri Shaye and features music by Samuli
Federley. Ameri Shaye has been thrilled to not only test the waters with more of a Rock vibe but to
do it with such a personal song.'
“Rescue Me' is about the overwhelming anxiety people suffer, including myself. I think on different
levels we all think we are not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough and that is where anxiety
will, unfortunately, take its opportunity to creep in. 'Rescue Me' is a song about trying to save myself
in those anxious moments. Looking myself in the mirror and saying you are good, you are smart,
you are beautiful. We all need to be rescued at some point for some reason. Sometimes we need to have the strength inside and Rescue ourselves."
The emotional power brought to this song from not only Ameri Shaye's vocals but Samuli Federley's
intense depiction of the topic is a match like no other.
Now I Know is a song that Ameri Shaye grew up listening to. It was an unreleased song that was written by
her mom. Ameri Shaye knew that when she started to venture into other genres that she wanted to finally release this
particular song as her first Pop release. Now I Know is about realizing much too late that you just didn't give as much
as you should have. That you took for granted that things would stay the same with little to no effort. The haunting
vocals by Ameri Shaye bleeding a heartfelt emotional plea has garnished her 2 major Pop song of the year Nominations and 3 #1 Radio Station chart spots.
